ByOnco helps Indian cancer patients and families find the best hospital, the right specialist, and navigate the entire journey - in under 30 minutes. Most families wait 18 days to see an oncologist. 1 in 3 referrals go to the wrong specialty. ByOnco fixes both. We match patients by diagnosis, location, insurance, and cost - with a dedicated WhatsApp navigator from Day 1. Rare cancers, second opinions, medical tourism - all covered.

@imajinkyajadhav I watched my uncle spend 3 weeks just trying to find the right oncologist after his diagnosis. 3 weeks.
Nobody in my family knew which hospital was best for his specific cancer. Nobody knew what it would cost. We just Googled and called relatives and hoped for the best. That was 2019. Nothing has changed for most families since then.
ByOnco is what we needed then and what millions of families need right now.
What gets me is the rare cancer focus. That's where the system fails people the most catastrophically — and that's exactly where Ajinkya chose to go deepest. That's not accidental, that's conviction.
This deserves to be on every Indian family's phone before they ever need it. Upvoted and shared. 🙏
The before/after numbers stopped me mid-scroll.
18 days → 4 days to see an oncologist. 30% wrong-specialty referrals → 94% correct routing. In the US we talk about "fixing healthcare" and mostly mean billing software. ByOnco is actually fixing the part that kills people.
The wedge here is genius: give OncoAgent free to doctors, build the referral flywheel, own the outcomes data. That's not a go-to-market strategy, that's a moat construction plan.
Upvoted and sharing this with everyone I know in digital health. Ajinkya, seriously impressive work. 🔥
I've worked in European healthtech and the navigation problem in oncology is not just an India problem, it's universal. What strikes me about ByOnco is that they've solved the hardest part first: the rare cancers. Anyone can build a hospital directory. Building something that can route a DIPG family to the right specialist in 4 days instead of 18? That's a different level of ambition entirely.
The OncoAgent flywheel for doctors is also quietly the smartest part of this: zero acquisition cost, better referrals, outcomes data that compounds. This is a real moat, not a feature. Amazing.
Rooting hard for this one. 🎗️
