I'm Chaitanya - founder of Bottomright, as you might have guessed this is an AI Chatbot that sits at the bottom right corner of your website and helps your first-time visitors answer questions about your product or service. Typical customer chatbots requires a human to be available 24x7 to answer questions. This isn't feasible if you're a solo founder or a startup. Congrats on the launch! I played with the demo, and it looks promising. Have you considered adding extra sources that are not on your website (ie. internal documents, procedures etc?)
