BoldForm is a modern drag-and-drop form builder for WordPress that helps you create contact forms, lead forms, surveys, registration forms, multi-step forms, and more without coding. It includes ready templates, styling options, entries management, email notifications, conditional logic, spam protection, and integrations to help businesses collect leads and manage submissions easily.
Drag-and-drop form builders are a crowded space, but multi-step forms specifically for WordPress feels like a solid niche — a lot of the bigger form tools treat WP as an afterthought. Does it handle conditional logic between steps, or is it more linear right now?
@ark_y_k Great question — and yes, BoldForm supports conditional logic between steps.
You can create multi-step forms using page breaks, and then apply conditional logic to individual fields based on user responses. So the form does not have to be fully linear. You can show or hide fields depending on what users select in previous steps.
Our goal is to make multi-step forms feel simple for beginners but flexible enough for real business use cases like lead qualification, registrations, bookings, surveys, and quote forms.
We’re also improving this area further based on user feedback, so if you have a specific workflow in mind, I’d love to hear it.
@mahabub_alam9 Page breaks plus per-field conditional logic is a solid combo — flexible enough for real-world multi-step forms without overcomplicating the builder itself. Do you have a limit on how many steps a form can have, or is it unlimited in practice?
@ark_y_k Thanks! That was exactly the idea — keep the builder simple, but still flexible enough for real use cases.
For steps, we don’t set a fixed limit. In practice, you can add as many Page Break fields as needed to create multiple steps.
That said, for better user experience, we usually recommend keeping forms focused and not making them too long unless the workflow really needs it.
@mahabub_alam9 No fixed limit is the right call — better to let real use cases define the ceiling than to guess at an arbitrary number upfront.
