Welcome, @eyallifs!
How do you evaluate risk with each company or transaction and what percentage of the invoice do you pocket?

Hunter
@munsonbh off course! We'll be coming out later this year with loyalty based pricing. After you cross a certain threshold of invoices, you get even better pricing. Again, all will be fully transparent and upfront.

Thanks Ryan!
We look at the both the financial health of our client as well as the credit worthiness of the debtor (the company that owes money on the invoice). We analyze literally thousands of parameters when we make our decision.
We take as little as 3% commission on the invoice amount. The fee depends on how long it takes your customer to pay the invoice. Our pricing is fully transparent, and there's no commitment whatsoever.

Would you mind talking a little about the landscape and where your company fits in? Who are your best customers?

@eyallifs Thank you for being transparent with your pricing. It adds confidence. The rebate (bounty) is a nice feature that allows the user to help be mindful of the risk as well.

@marcojelli we're an online financing provider, similar in nature to companies like OnDeck and Kabbage. Our offering is a "consumerized" derivative of invoice financing, also known as factoring. There are over 1,000 offline firms in the US providing factoring services. Factoring as a financing structure makes a ton of sense, but as it exists today, comes with a lot of friction (paper based, non transparent fees, non flexible, handing over collection, etc). Just google small business factoring and you'll see what I mean. We decided to make a clean, non-friction, 100% online version of it - thinking first about how the optimal user experience should look like rather than just maximizing profits.
Our target customers are small businesses, mostly with under 10 employees - could also be start-ups and sole proprietors/freelancers. Key verticals include, but not limited to - business and professional services, marketing and PR, software, web and IT, and many more... In fact, if you provide products or services to other businesses and invoice on net 21 or more - you are a potential customer...
