We all know there is no perfect measure for productivity, and traditional productivity metrics are flawed. Instead, we use LLMs to estimate the amount of effort that goes into every merged PR. You can learn more about how we measure engineering productivity here. We really pride ourselves on being close to the reality on the ground.
In addition to measuring productivity, we integrate your Cursor Business data, so you can more easily justify your investments in AI tools. We provide insights into adoption rates and AI productivity uplift across your teams.

Love the focus on measurable productivity! How customizable are the productivity metrics? Can teams define their own KPIs? Hope that one day AI can measure how many days developers need based solely on Figma designs and create a schedule for the entire project. This would eliminate the arguments between project managers and developers.

This looks like an incredible tool! 😍I like the automatic classification of pull requests, into bug, feature, etc. Would love to integrate this into my company. Can you generate reports for developers that could help with 1-1s?

right now, they're mostly performance focussed, but coming soon, you'll be able to generate different types of reports, e.g. release notes, leadership summaries, etc..
