Hey PH! I'm Jakub. I got laid off last year and spent weeks doing what everyone does. Wake up, open LinkedIn, scroll through hundreds of listings, click Apply, answer the same screening questions over and over. 15 apps a day if I really pushed it. Got basically nothing back. At some point I realized my callback rate was like 2%. At that rate, the only thing that actually moves the needle is volume. So I built barrage.cv to do the boring part for me. How it works: you set your job filters (title, location, remote/hybrid, etc), upload your resume, and start a run. It scans LinkedIn Easy Apply listings, skips irrelevant ones, and applies to the rest overnight. The AI fills in screening questions based on your resume. Each user gets a residential proxy matched to their country so LinkedIn sees normal traffic. LinkedIn caps Easy Apply at 50/day, so that's the max per run. It runs on our servers so you can close your laptop and go to sleep. Been running it on myself for weeks. Went from 0 callbacks to consistent interview requests within the first week. How mass-applying to jobs broke me (and made me build barrage.cv)

hey, i'm the solo dev behind barrage.cv.

quick backstory: i spent about 4 months job searching as a developer. filled out hundreds of applications manually, tailored cover letters nobody read, answered the same 15 screening questions over and over. was spending roughly 3 hours a day on this.

at some point i snapped and just started automating it. first it was a janky script that filled linkedin easy apply forms. then it needed to handle screening questions, so i added ai. then i wanted it to run overnight without my browser open, so i moved it to a server.

now it sends around 50 applications per day and honestly gets me more callbacks than when i was hand-crafting each one. not sure what that says about hiring but here we are.
