Content quality is very inconsistent, as you randomly get matched to writers. I tried a couple of reps and found that I couldn't get remotely close to the quality I expected, when I requested a refund of my first 4000 words (per their guarantee), they not only ignored my request, but they also had no way for me to self-serve cancellation for future months - I got charged for another month, and support is still ignoring me, so I might keep getting charged monthly
Paying a subscription fee for writing is a terrible idea. How much are the actual writers possibly making off of this? A 250/mo per customer, it's not enough.
Everything works as according to the site and the quality is good and has met my expectations.😍 I do have feedback to better the user visual experience but the fact that everything works i can't complain. I would highly recommend it to everyone to try! They offer a 14 day trial you really got nothing to lose. Feel free to ask me any questions
ContentFly has 10X'd the amount of content I put out to my market. I always enjoyed writing, but last year I realized it took me FAR too long to get it done. The ideas were in my head, but getting them onto paper when the time came was a painful process. it took me hours upon hours, then the editing process was even more soul-sucking.
My biggest concern going in was whether they'd be able to replicate my voice. I am the face of my company and an expert in my field, so I feared to lose this.
I have never had that problem. My new workflow is to record a 5-10 minute Facebook LIVe, where I can chat about an idea starting with only a few bullet points. I then send ContentFly a link to the video, tell them how long of an article I want, and point them to a few previous articles I am writing. Several days later, I get a polished article. I have always been AMAZED at how closely they are able to match my voice and writing style, but they do.
I typically give it one more pass and make a few edits, then I send it to my web team to post to our blog. I am now publishing 2 blog posts per week and it literally takes me a total of 15 minute total to create the video, submit my request to ContentFly and make minor edits.
At the end of the day, I am 'writing' more than ever, generating more leads, growing our business and I have freed up a TON of time in the process. I HIGHLY recommend this service and have had many friends sign up for it as well.
The quality of the copy produced by this service is terribly inconsistent. I would say it varies wildly from pedestrian to complete garbage. Also, the backend dashboard is a little bare; the UI doesn't effectively manage the word budget or interactions with specific writers. Better off using Fiverr; the quality isn't much better.
I ordered 2 articles about merit-based recruiting. Both 2000 words, SEO-based, very good quality, fits the tone of our business blog, and were delivered on time.
