Autohype is a music promo marketplace with a radical gimmick: real humans, public prices, and your money held until the work ships. No bots, no "guaranteed streams", no fairy tales.

Music promo has a bad reputation. Earned. Bots, "viral packages", curators who ghost. Autohype exists because artists deserved better and nobody was bothering. It works like this: independent artists browse verified, identity-checked sellers,TikTok and Instagram creators, YouTube promoters, playlist curators, music bloggers, radio submitters, plus studio services like mixing, mastering and custom vocals. Every listing shows the price, what's included and the delivery date. In writing. Before you pay a cent. They hold the money until the work is delivered. Late or missing? Automatic refund. The seller gets paid on delivery, not before. They guarantee delivery, not miracles. Results depend on the song . Services start at $10.

honestly the escrow idea is genuinely smart, but one thing that would help me trust it more is some kind of public review thread attached to each promo where the artist can leave feedback after delivery. like a permanent record on the promoters profile so you can see real outcomes, not just star ratings. would make the marketplace feel way more accountable

Love the escrow concept, that alone builds a ton of trust. One thing I'd suggest adding is a public ratings page for each human promoter showing completed campaigns, average delivery time, and response rate, so buyers can compare people side by side before committing money. Would make the marketplace feel even more transparent.

The escrow idea is solid, trust matters a lot in this space. One thing that would help me as a buyer: let creators post short audio samples or before and after clips of their actual work. Right now I have no real way to judge if someone delivers good results before paying, so a quick sample reel or a portfolio snippet linked to each listing would go a long way.

honestly the escrow setup sounds solid but it would be really helpful if you added a built-in brief template that creators and promoters fill out together before any money gets locked in, basically so both sides agree on deliverables and timeline up front and disputes are easier to sort out later

Posted a small gig last week and actually got matched with a real curator who quoted me upfront, escrow gave me some peace of mind compared to the usual "trust me bro" promos I've tried before.

Curators could attach a short portfolio snippet or two of their past placements so you can actually hear what kind of promotion style you're buying before you commit. Right now the listings feel a bit opaque, especially for newer curators without a long public track record.
