I'll be honest - I've taken the 16personalities test probably 50+ times over the years (always get INTP-T 😅). There's something addictive about those detailed reports that just get you. But here's what always bugged me: what if 16personalities was more tailored to my actual work experience, education, and aspirations - not just my personality type? Like, two ENFPs with completely different backgrounds should get different career advice, right? Question for the community: Do you think personality tests would be more valuable if they factored in your professional background and goals alongside your personality?
