Completely agree. Everyone's claiming this. We did at PlayHaven. Thing is can you actually do it, especially in a productized way? I hate to do this but I hid this one as they're pre-launch and tell very little about what the product does (unlike a kickstarter campaign that describes it in detail). This would be worth submitting once launched though -- would lead to interesting discussion!

Gathering data is one thing but being able to get *actionable* insights is where companies like this will do well.
