Excited to share my first product — Askful.
After building an AI assistant for online stores, I realized most businesses still prefer AI as a first support layer, not a full replacement. So I pivoted to focus on a different opportunity: product pages.
Askful helps turn hesitant visitors into confident buyers by answering product questions in real time using product data, CMS content, and customer reviews.
Businesses can upload products using one of my connectors (Magento for now) or CSV and embed my script to go live.

@cryptosymposium Yep, that’s the core idea! Instant product info, right where it’s needed. Crazy how many stores don’t even have a basic FAQ in their products pages.
There’s actually a Harvard Business Review study that found 81% of customers try to resolve things on their own via FAQs before reaching out to support. That’s what I'm trying to fix with Askful! 🚀
