This job market sucks. You see lots of jobs with over 100, 200, or 500 applicants every day. You apply, wait… and get ghosted. Sometimes you’re rejected for one simple reason: you were too late.

HR isn’t waiting for YOUR résumé. They’re not hunting for the BEST candidate. As soon as a handful of early applicants meet the requirements, they get shortlisted. Everyone else? Never even seen.

That’s where we come in.
We make job search suck less by alerting you to jobs with few to ZERO applicants, so you can apply early and actually get noticed.

Hi)
What is your differentiation versus LinkedIn Job Alerts plus saved searches - which part is truly non-replicable without your system?

Mikhail Mazurovsky

@nikita_ananich Hi Nikita!
LinkedIn job alerts have only two frequency options, daily and weekly. With both options, the emails mostly contain promoted jobs with 100+ applicants. LinkedIn prioritizes driving traffic to these jobs instead of sending users non promoted roles with less competition.

We do two things differently.
1. We send alerts much more frequently, about once every 30 minutes.
2. We first filter out jobs with more than 50 applicants and then filter out jobs with a low compatibility score.

As a result, users receive better matched jobs with less competition.
