The SaaS landscape is overwhelming, and finding the right tool without marketing bias is a challenge. Love that Appairium focuses on unbiased recommendations—how does it weigh different user needs when ranking tools?
@marianna_tymchuk We take the user's request in natural language as input, then we vectorize it, we do the same for the value proposition of each of our SaaS in our db, then we have our own algo which makes the connection between the request and the solutions that best respond to it.
The concept is fantastic but does Appairium clarify why each tool is recommended?
@charlotte_richardson1 We explain how the algorithm works which is exclusively linked to the value proposition and the characteristics of each SaaS according to the request and then we always show the accounting score between the 3 tools we offer and the request

@lucas_edwards2 Yes and no, large companies often have direct human purchasing advisors who are expensive but if they want they can still use our solution.
On the other hand, Appairium is very suitable for medium and small businesses because it is free and practical.
