I wrote an app to help you build discipline! It's simple - every day you have a set of Quests with Challenges. Every day that Quests are 1% harder than the previous day. If you do your Quests today, you get 1 EXP point and you can set another Challenge, which should be 1% harder than the previous one. If you don't do your Quest today, you get 1 EXP point less the next day. 7 EXP = 1 Level Sum of your all Quest Levels is your current Discipline Level:D
