Hey folks! A friend and I built amewz.me. This site is a bit like Omegle, but we use AI to match you into spontaneous video or text chats with people who have similar interests, hobbies, or personalities. The internet is saturated with social media platforms that optimize for engagement, and not so much for establishing real connections. I hope this website can help people find real friends from all over the world, and I’m excited to get some feedback and see what you all think. The more people who sign up, the more fun it gets, and the more accurate the matching becomes! When you get started, the AI will ask you a few questions so it can generate a bio about you. Your bio will come in handy for matching you to other folks with similar bios. Once you’re matched with someone, you can break the ice by playing LLM games together within the chat, or just talk!
