@stephan_kardos1 hey Stephan! There's a section called Further Reading on the site that cites medical journals. I don't think the eye strain or sleep issues are in doubt, most skepticism comes from claims that blue light will eventually make you blind. And we don't have enough research to call that true. Although some less reputable brands will!

@dan_nugent thx. I will defo check this out. Very curious. I don't doubt the claims as such, but with medical products I love to see the sources. Maybe something you want to add to the website with footnotes right away for a easier way to find it

I'm using blue light filtering lens with strong prescription since years, standard opticians provide the offer (expansive, an extra 50€ the pair, like you say in FAQ). Can you explain why I should consider switch to your product, apart from competitive prices ? I guess that price is far from a main argument for French people with prescription considering how important is this object and that society and insurance pay us back so... Are your filters resistant to hot water ? Because the filters on my lenses tends to fade away with days of cooking vapor. Also, I didn't read anything about tapered lenses. Is the cost of tapering included in the 30€ strong prescription extra cost ? With a correction like mine the day you try tapered lenses there's no way back. It's really awesome to witness huge UX improvements in this industry , such as your mirror, to reduce the grasp of standard reseller who makes $$$ on insurance and trust.

I'm at my computer 10-12 hours a day. I have 'perfect' vision accordingly to my optician, is this something that I should consider for the future health of my eyes?

@chadkincer yes Chad. Sounds like a perfect use case. They'll help with strain the short term, and while we can't be sure about the long term effects of blue light exposure, at least you'll have peace of mind.
