Note takers give you a list. Afterparty does the list. Paste a transcript or connect your note taker, and agents draft every email, message, invite and CRM note in the right app, with context from your tools. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Isak, and I built Afterparty.
The meeting was never the hard part. The hour after it was.
Every good call ends with promises. "I'll send the recap." "Let me check with Dana." "I'll put it in the CRM." My note taker wrote them all down, and then the list just sat there while the next meeting started.
So I built a small crew of agents to do the list for me:
→ Paste a transcript, or connect Fireflies, Fathom, Zoom, tl;dv, Google Meet or Gong
→ Afterparty finds every action, even the ones said in passing
→ The agents read your email, calendar and Slack first, so each draft goes to the right person, in the right thread, and skips what you already did
→ You get ready drafts in the right app: Gmail or Outlook emails, Slack or Teams messages, calendar invites, HubSpot or Salesforce notes, Notion docs
→ You approve, edit or dismiss, one at a time
One rule I never bend: the agents can't send, post or change anything. Every item waits for your click, and an approved email lands as a draft. You still press send.
It writes in the language the meeting was held in, asks when something is missing, and learns from your edits, so the drafts start to sound like you.

I'd love your honest take on two things:
1. Which action from your meetings always slips?
2. What should the agents draft next?
I'm here all day and will answer every comment.
@isak_tapper The "skips what you already did" part is what I'd test first. If I already sent the recap from my phone before Afterparty runs, does it catch that from my sent folder, or would I still see a duplicate draft?
@lancelot_d_souza1 Great question. It catches that from your sent folder, or if you've "done" the task in any other way, slack, teams etc. The only thing worse than doing actions is doing them twice :D
@isak_tapper damn. We're heavy on Granola, and we still have no integration... :/
I've been thinking about this constantly for the last 2 weeks: at the beginning, we needed to keep records. Now we get the calls transcribed, but what about the tasks?! so your product is spot-on.
What about monday or other to-do lists/work management?
Instead of communicating, can it add tasks and assign them?
@knolladrian Granola is on the way! For tasks, we already support ClickUp, Asana, Linear and Jira, and monday is coming. Assigning tasks instead of just messaging people is a great idea, that’s on the roadmap. Really good feedback overall, would love for you to try it out. Just sent you a connect on LinkedIn 🙌
Reading the sent folder, Slack and Teams before drafting, so it skips recaps you've already sent, is a really thoughtful detail! When one meeting has action items for several people, does Afterparty draft a separate message for each person, or one recap that everyone receives? Congrats on the launch, Isak :)
@neerajnathany Thanks! 🙌 It depends on the meeting. The agents work out what makes most sense. Usually that means one message per person with everything you promised them, a recap for people outside your company, and a quick Slack or Teams message for internal stuff. You approve each draft before anything goes out.
