I'm Divyansh, one of the co-founders of ASTRA. Every time before you start trading, ASTRA prompts you to log simple behavioral inputs like your mood, sleep duration, and screen time. Over time, our algorithm analyzes this data to find meaningful correlations with your trading performance.

Funny story - this feature personally helped me discover that I often made big losses on Tuesdays. Turns out, I usually overwork myself on Mondays, leading to poor sleep and a dull mood the next day. That simple awareness helped me adjust and avoid unnecessary risk.
