I’m Arnaud, the solo maker behind MikeMends.

That frustration led me to build MikeMends: a simple, smart home maintenance assistant. It uses AI-driven recommendations to create personalized maintenance schedules tailored to your home’s specific appliances and needs. MikeMends then nudges you with email or calendar reminders so you can stay ahead of issues, extend the lifespan of your appliances, and avoid costly repairs.
I’ve been using it myself over the last few months, and it’s genuinely satisfying to stay on top of these tasks without the mental load of remembering them all.
