I'm Felix Foster, the solo builder behind PromptPilot. I'm incredibly excited (and a little nervous!) to finally share my project with you all.
The idea for PromptPilot was born from a simple frustration I'm sure many of you have felt: I love the power of modern AI, but I was tired of the endless guesswork in crafting the perfect prompt. It felt like trying to tune a powerful engine without the right tools. I thought: what if we could engineer prompts, instead of just guessing them?
That's why I built PromptPilot's two co-pilots, both designed to help you get professional results, fast:
🚀 Quick Pilot: Instantly refines a rough idea or keyword into a high-performance prompt. Perfect for rapid brainstorming.
🧠 Guide Pilot: An interactive, step-by-step dialogue that helps you build complex, expert-level instructions from scratch, like a true prompt engineer.
And to ensure every powerful prompt you create with these co-pilots becomes a reusable asset, we've built PromptPilot around a free personal workspace. This gives you a private library to save and organize your best creations, moving them out of messy text files forever. It's also the first step towards our bigger vision of a "Prompt Ops System" for teams.
