It started after a party. Everyone was snapping photos, but the next day I couldn’t remember who took what—or how to get those photos. That’s when the idea for MediaVibes hit me. That morning the idea was born.
What if there was a super simple way to collect everyone’s photos and videos from an event—just by sharing a link?
A day or two later, I had the first version: create a collection, get a link, and let anyone with it upload their media. No accounts, no setup, no friction.
As it grew, I added features to keep it simple but flexible: privacy controls, upload permissions, reactions, comments, slideshows, and even hashtags and locations.
After sharing it with friends and family (and fixing a lot of bugs), MediaVibes started to feel like a real product.
Now, it’s ready for the world—and it’s completely free.
