BrowserBee

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Parsa, tinkerer behind BrowserBee 🐝 LLM-based agents have shown great potential for browser-based automations. Inspired by tools like Browser Use, I was curious to see how we can bring this capability into the hands of less technical users in a friendlier form factor such as a browser extension. Additionally, I'm a firm believer in privacy-first end-user AI tools, which is why I've made BrowserBee fully open source with no tracking (and no data leaving your browser unless you use a cloud-hosted LLM). I launched the repo last week on Hacker News and the response (600+ ★) convinced me to polish it for a wider audience. Today is v0.2: still early, but already powerful enough to handle day-to-day real world tasks like multi-step e-commerce and social media workflows. I'd love your thoughts on most useful workflows and use cases, any feature requests, and any issues you may encounter along the way. Core features on the roadmap include scheduled tasks ("check my social media every morning") and a full screen experience as an alternative to closed-source chat UIs.
