It tracks your growth, skills, and achievements over time, and delivers personalized insights to help you move forward with confidence. What makes this launch different? It’s not just another career tool—it’s a reimagination of how we show up professionally. I’m most proud that I built this from scratch as a solo, Black, woman founder—because the career system wasn’t built for people like me. So I built something better. For all of us.
