SmartPaths

We built SmartPaths to solve a problem we personally faced in academia: grading is time-consuming, often biased, and rarely provides actionable feedback for students. As educators and researchers, we knew there had to be a smarter way. What makes SmartPaths unique is its ability to evaluate both typed and handwritten answers including diagrams/figures using ensemble grading appraoch something most grading tools don’t support. It doesn’t just score responses it provides explanations, helping educators maintain transparency and control. We’re most proud of the impact: over 900 evaluations completed in just 3 months, 35 active educators, and a 95% reduction in grading time. SmartPaths is built with love for teachers, and we’re just getting started!
