We built SkillsPass because hiring today is broken - overloaded with keyword scanning, biased automation, and poor signal on what really matters: skills.

🎯 What we’re solving

Companies struggle to identify true-fit candidates from piles of generic or AI-generated resumes. Traditional ATS tools focus on what’s explicitly stated, overlooking potential, context, and the bigger picture.

At the same time, great candidates often get filtered out just because they don’t use the “right” words, not because they lack ability.
