At Wizume, we built an AI solution to solve a genuine pain point we experienced firsthand - endless hours spent on resume screening rather than quality candidate evaluation. While there are many AI recruiters, what makes Wizume unique is its focus on solving the "prompt engineering" problem. Most HR professionals aren't AI experts, yet are expected to craft complex prompts to get useful results. Instead, we've built intuitive evaluation templates with pre-configured prompts that ensure consistent, high-quality assessments without technical knowledge. I'm most proud of how we've made AI accessible to non-technical HR teams. The ability to upload multiple candidates at once, get standardized evaluations with numerical scoring, and generate comprehensive reports transforms the hiring workflow completely. One click delivers what used to take hours of manual analysis. Our goal: help recruiters spend less time screening and more time with the candidates who matter most.
