Like many small teams, we were struggling to gather in-depth user feedback for our products efficiently. Text-based surveys were ok, but users were always hesitant to provide real feedback and we lost out on the natural responses that come from a voice-conversation. On top of that, when we were able to get data, it was tough to handle the data and generate insights manually.

It’s super easy to get started - just create a template, add emails to send the interview link, and wait for users to respond! QuestParrot will conduct the interview with the user, gather the responses, and provide you the insights once the interview campaign is complete.

We tested QuestParrot’s voice approach by sending out a 5 question survey for this quarter. The shift from text forms to conversational interviews felt like upgrading from fax machines to Zoom calls. Coworkers who typically gave one-word answers shared detailed feedback about workflow inefficiencies we hadn’t considered.
While the AI analysis initially seemed overwhelming, the automated sentiment tracking helped us quickly identify recurring themes cross-department communication gaps. Questparrot strikes a practical balance between depth and efficiency.
