Novela AI Marketing Simulation

We created Novela's AI Marketing Simulation after seeing a critical gap in marketing education. While AI tools are transforming the industry, most students only learn about these tools theoretically—they never get hands-on experience using them strategically. Our simulation puts students in the marketing director's seat at WorkWell (an employee wellness platform) where they collaborate with Ela, our AI copilot. The key difference? Ela doesn't just give answers—she challenges students to think critically about their decisions. What we're most proud of is how the simulation rewards thoughtful AI collaboration rather than passive consumption. Better prompts, critical evaluation of AI outputs, and strategic implementation of AI suggestions directly improve campaign performance metrics. For educators, we've included a complete teaching package: assessment rubrics, classroom activities, and a practical prompt engineering guide that connects directly to the simulation experience.
