After many years of experience providing Linux support, I found that a tool like sos-vault was missing and would be very valuable and even indispensable. sos-vault provides great value to the organization by accelerating the Root Cause Analysis and making the team collaboration and IT service management systems integration more effective and ultimately improving the overall support experience for the customer. My goal is to provide this tool as a service for all Linux engineers in the world. sosreport is the ultimate Linux troubleshooting super command. This is where sos-vault comes in. sos-vault is a sosreport analysis tool designed to simplify, streamline, and enhance Linux system diagnostics. It is a private, secure, centralised platform for storing, browsing, and analysing sosreport data. Instead of manually transferring reports, engineers can: 1. Upload and organise reports from multiple systems 2. Quickly search for logs, errors, and configurations without extracting files manually 3. With the help of its AI assistant obtain a quick system diagnostic and a text report. 4. Collaborate with teams and vendors by sharing reports securely 5.
