Love the visuals, the conversation feels very natural. Definitely recommend trying out doro to be more in tune with yourself. It takes some time to get used to - but it's definitely worth it.

I believe this app takes a genuine and thoughtful approach to making mental health care more accessible, especially for those experiencing early signs of mental distress. Long waitlists and high costs are persistent barriers for individuals seeking support. By the time someone finally connects with a therapist, they may already be in intense emotional pain that's difficult to address in a short time. If that therapist isn't the right fit, the process of starting over can be exhausting and discouraging. At that point, many may give up,not because they don't need help, but because they've lost trust in the process. Doro addresses this gap by offering an iterative, customizable approach to early mental health care. Users can seek help when they need it and on their terms. It serves as a first line of support and a bridge between individuals who need help but are new to traditional psychoeducation, and professionals who can help but lack the capacity to provide psychoeducation and such a large scale. I genuinely believe Doro is uniquely able to solve this problem because it's specifically designed for mental health support over general purpose AI and it's grounded in therapeutic frameworks like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. This initiative has the potential to scale and make a meaningful impact.
