We built (are building) this product to help increase company's runway for success by identifying headcount overspending.

What are people forced to do now?

1️⃣ Companies announce emergency layoffs without much thought at the peak of obesity.

2️⃣ Some companies hire independent consultants to assess the team and perform a layoff based on the assessment report from these consultants. I have been an independent contractor that helped a company with this process. This is manual, tedious, and expensive. There is a lot of loss of information if not done in an elaborate way.

3️⃣ Some do manual spreadsheets with only obvious dimensions like cost. This is sometimes preventive, so this is much better than the above two methods but heavily manual and error-prone.

4️⃣ Some products exist that help with headcount planning with already structured data. This is more like a quarterly planning activity but not nearly as continuous as required for a company to stay agile and lean at all times. Moreover, a lot of important insights aren't taken into consideration because they exist in docs, pptx, and unstructured formats that current tools do not address.

What we are offering on this release

✅ Sandboxed MVP on request with facility to create reports, funnels, and dashboards without restrictions on pre-populated data.

✅ Guided onboarding for companies to use all the features, including creating knowledge bases with AI from scattered documents and insightful report generation.

✅ AI-based scenario planning with alteration on real data catering from optimistic to pessimistic scenarios is in progress.
