This experience got me thinking—why does the customer have no power in lending decisions? When we shop for any product, we get multiple options and clear pricing. But in lending, customers are left with limited choices, unclear terms, and no way to compare the best offers efficiently. When I shared this frustration with a friend, he had gone through the exact same ordeal—just with a different bank and loan type. We realized this wasn’t just our problem; thousands of people were facing the same issues, sometimes even falling into debt traps due to poor financial decisions. That’s when we decided to act. In 2020, we started as DSA agents, helping people navigate loans and making the process hassle-free. Over the years, we’ve helped thousands secure the right loans without hidden surprises.
