Hiring and applying for tech roles is really difficult. Applicants face AI enabled ATS's that filter out ~95% of resumes. If they get past the filter they are met with rounds of grueling leetcode interviews that often aren't applicable to the candidates daily work. Even after multiple rounds, candidates can get ghosted without getting any feedback as to why. Those hiring face their own issues like massive applicant pools and AI generated cover letters and resumes. Furthermore, taking the time to deeply test the technical ability of multiple candidates can be very time consuming, especially if you have to make sure the candidate isn't using AI interview tools. Coderview exists to solve these problems and bridge the gap between those hiring and applying. Candidates deserve transparency and fair evaluation. Hiring managers deserve more comprehensive candidate profiles and the ability to quickly asses a candidates technical ability using real world problems.
