7WEST is the Student Life OS. Campus tech is chaotic - GroupMe chats, Google Forms, random IG pages. We unify it all. Clubs get real attendance with dynamic QR check-ins. Students earn points for events, posts, and activity, powering campus-wide leaderboards and University Wars. Plus a clean "Hub" with group chats, and organization/club announcements, events, and files. It’s the first platform that makes campus life actually work and feel fun.

Hey everyone!
We built 7WEST because being a student in 2025 weirdly requires using 5–10 disconnected tools just to stay involved on campus. Clubs were using GroupMe for chat, Google Forms for attendance, spreadsheets for tracking members, Instagram for event discovery and none of it actually worked together.
The moment that pushed us to build 7WEST was realizing how universally frustrated students and club leaders were (with existing tools too). Attendance systems were getting cheated, event visibility was awful, and campus engagement felt like a chore.
Our approach evolved a lot during this journey. We started by solving one pain point - attendance - and quickly realized the real problem wasn’t just check-ins...it was fragmentation. So we expanded into a full “Student Life OS”: events, posts, discussions, chats, club tools, points, leaderboards, everything in one place.
We’re incredibly excited to share 7WEST with y'all. If you have ideas, feedback, or want to break campus tech with us, we’re here for it.
