The idea originated from my sister, a former headhunter for renowned organizations such as RBC and Aldo, who experienced firsthand how time-consuming and cumbersome recruitment could be. She approached my brothers and me—seasoned software engineers—to develop an AI-enabled solution tailored to modern hiring needs. After years of research and development, we created a robust tool that met her expectations. Following its success and adoption by her colleagues in the industry, we recognized its broader potential. Today, we proudly offer Chika AI to Canadian businesses, transforming how recruitment is done with efficiency and innovation.
