What do you think? …

Hello Makers! I'm Craig - this is my second post to product hunt - and as before I'm really excited to put something I've made in front of others. I present you UserSaysWhat. Working on another start-up I'm involved with, we got challenged by potential partners on how we would manage user feedback in our app - especially as a small team. I looked around the market some but wasn't crazy about any existing solution. So I built my own solution with these pillars in mind: 1. It has to be super quick and easy to setup a channel to collect users feedback 2. Users feedback should just sit in a bucket - it should be used to help us improve 3. Not all feedback can be treated the same - some items might need urgent action to keep that customer. I really like this solution for our small team and I think it can help others as well. You can setup a feedback channel in a matter of a just minutes. You save time without sacrificing knowledge by leveraging AI language models to perform qualitative analysis on every piece of feedback individually and collectively. You also get instant notifications when feedback is submitted that is determined to need urgent attention. I'm also happy for any feedback or advice from you hunters and makers on not just the app but also: - trying to find that balance of 'just do one thing well vs. missing functionality' - dealing with the fear of 'this thing I built has little to no value - why wouldn't they just do xyz or use some other tool' - dealing with the anxiety of 'did I forget something; this isn't perfect yet; etc' putting my work out to the world is always a rollercoaster of emotion. Thanks in advance for your interest and insights!
