I have always loved the idea of coding as a superpower—the ability to create something out of nothing. In 2022, I made the leap from a career in construction to web development. While I don't see myself as a naturally talented software developer, I see myself as a builder. I decided to utilize my coding skills to kick off my own product, proving to myself that the skills I’ve acquired can be used to bring an idea to life. I started searching for a simple idea—one feature that could solve a real business problem. That’s when I noticed a friend managing a food and beverage business still handling receipt data entry manually. This sparked the idea to build an AI-powered receipt management solution specifically for small to medium-sized business owners who deal with large volumes of receipts. Just in 1 month i've completed and deployed an MVP.
