I love this chatbot - it’s like talking to an entire team of AI systems that can interact with the real world and feel very human.
I often work in cost cutting projects and people think going "100% bot" would be a good idea. But I think often the issues need humans, too - and I like the idea of a tandem approach where humans can takeover the communication. Played with hybrid.ai and I like it!
