30-day workout plans without monthly fees

Most fitness apps require accounts, subscriptions, or long-term commitments before you can even start. 30Day Workout Plans removes that friction. You can use the app without creating an account and without mandatory monthly fees. Simply open the app and follow a complete 30-day plan. The app is free with light, non-intrusive ads, or available with a one-time low-cost purchase. The focus is on finishing a plan — not keeping you locked into a subscription.

I built 30Day Workout Plans after noticing the same pattern over and over — not just in myself, but in people around me. Most fitness apps didn’t fail because the workouts were bad. They failed because they added friction: accounts before you can start, endless choices, and monthly subscriptions that make you feel committed before you’ve even finished week one. I wanted to remove all of that. The original idea was simple: open the app, pick a 30-day plan, and train. No account. No pressure. No subscription timer running in the background. Just structure. During development, the focus shifted even more toward finishing instead of optimizing. Fewer decisions, clearer plans, light ads instead of paywalls, and a one-time option for people who don’t want ads at all. The goal isn’t to keep you subscribed — it’s to help you complete a plan. Curious to hear what you think and where this could be better.
