Most website chatbots start with a blank form: upload documents, write instructions, configure, then find out whether it's any good. I wanted to start from the end result. Paste a website address, and a minute or two later you have a chatbot that answers from that site's pages, in the site's own colours.
The part I use most is the pitch link. If you build websites or sell to local businesses, you can build a chatbot from a prospect's site and send them a link where they try it on their own website before you've asked for anything. You get an email when they open it, and you can see what they asked. That's how I sold it to PageKit.
It only answers from your content, says so when it doesn't know, and lists those questions so you can fill the gaps. Visitors can be handed over to you by form or WhatsApp.
