Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Fernando Flores, founder of Cairo.

We started Cairo with a simple frustration: most companies know more about their software than about how their people actually work together. HR tools track headcount and run yearly surveys, but nobody can tell you why a great team clicks, why another one burns out, or what each person needs to grow.

So we built Cairo Teams, a Strava for human performance at work:

🧠 For every teammate: a quick psychometric assessment and a 2-minute weekly check-in unlock your own trait cards, skill metrics, and a development plan with AI-built courses and practice scenarios tailored to you.

📊 For leaders: team-level trends to spot friction early, anticipate turnover, and pressure-test decisions (like a new hire or a team reshuffle) before making them.

🔒 Privacy by design: individual check-in answers belong to the employee. Leaders only see trends, never personal responses. We think that's the only way people answer honestly.

Under the hood it runs on Rosetta, the behavior model we've been building to turn psychometric profiles into predictions about how people actually act.

Our approach evolved a lot along the way. We started closer to classic HR analytics and realized the product only works if employees want to open it, so we redesigned everything around the individual first and the dashboard second.

We've been lucky to get here with the support of the AWS Bridge Program, a research partnership with Universidad Panamericana to validate our metrics scientifically, and early customers like Swimotion who shaped the product.
