Themesmith: The web agency made of software, run by message

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Chris. I ran a web agency for twenty years, and the same thing kept happening. We'd build a small business a good website, hand over the logins, and a year later it was out of date. The owners weren't lazy. They were tree surgeons and driving instructors, out on jobs all day, and logging into a dashboard was never going to happen. So I stopped asking them to. Themesmith does the whole agency job (designing, building, writing, updating, fixing) and the owner runs all of it by message. If they can send a WhatsApp, they can run a website. The part I'm proudest of is the conversation before anything gets built. It asks about the business, recommends pages and explains why, and shows design directions along with what each one gives up.
