What inspired us
While working with F&B chains, retailers and service businesses across Southeast Asia, we kept seeing the same thing: customers message on WhatsApp, Instagram, email and live chat, but teams handle each one in a different app. Messages get missed, replies are slow, and nobody sees the full customer history.
