About 5 months ago, I tried Scape, and it has blown my mind!
First off, I am not a developer and as of 6 months ago, I had zero coding experience. I started using Claude to build some simple HTML games (which was a blast), but when I started my endeavor to build a fairly complex iPhone app, Claude Code was not cutting it. Managing multiple worktrees became a real challenge and I was quickly overwhelmed with the amount of features I wanted to develop and improve.
This is where Scape changed everything for me. Argus, which is like Scape’s AI manager, is so much better than I ever thought it would be. I wrote a mission statement to build me a ticketing platform where I could write a high level feature request, and it would automatically create the necessary follow-up questions to flush out the request. Then, once finalized, it slots the feature into the appropriate sprint, and as soon as the current sprint is done and pushed to main, Argus creates the appropriate worktrees for the next sprint and knows to hold certain items until a prerequisite branch is done. I literally do nothing but test new functionality on my phone and write feature requests. As someone who doesn’t have a ton of experience in coding, this makes my life soooo easy.
I started coding my app for personal use, but now I am considering launching it in the App Store, as I’m getting a ton of positive feedback, and none of this would have been possible without Scape.
I don’t know if this is normal or not, but new features seem to be released every 2 or 3 days. I look forward to them at this point, as they are usually an update I didn’t even know I wanted.
