Hi everyone, I’m glad to be sharing the latest version of AndyStrategy here. The problem we’re trying to solve is still a very practical one: in many organisations, strategy, KPIs, employee objectives, progress tracking and appraisal all live in different places. By the time review season comes around, people are trying to reconstruct what actually happened during the year.AndyStrategy brings that whole cycle together.You can set organisational strategy, cascade objectives to teams and individuals, define measurable KPIs, record results and evidence during the year, review and approve progress, and then use that same information when it is time for appraisal. A lot of our recent work has been about making the product easier to adopt in the real world. New organisations do not have to start from a blank screen anymore — we are building objective and KPI libraries for different sectors, including schools, clinics, manufacturing businesses, churches and others. We have also been expanding AndyAI. Rather than being a separate chatbot, it works with the same objectives, KPIs and performance records already inside AndyStrategy. It can help draft objectives, explain performance, identify areas that may need attention and prepare actions, while keeping the user in control of what actually gets changed. One newer direction we’re especially interested in is public accountability. Organisations that need to be transparent can publish selected goals, projects and results, while citizens can provide feedback and evidence and independent verifiers can review claims separately from the organisation itself.
