ConciergeOS: Automatiser les demandes de vos voyageurs

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Matthieu. I built ConciergeOS in Annecy, in the French Alps. Short-term rental concierge companies live on WhatsApp. Guests ask for the door code at 11 pm, owners want to know if their flat is booked next weekend, the cleaner asks when checkout is, the plumber needs the address. Most of these messages are the same ten questions, and they all land on one phone. ConciergeOS answers them. It reads each message, replies from the property's own information (access, wifi, rules, providers), and hands the conversation to a human when it doesn't know or when the topic is sensitive: refunds, disputes, cancellations never go out without your approval. What makes it different from the AI inbox of a PMS: • It talks to guests and owners, cleaners and local partners, not only guests. • It sits on top of your existing PMS (Hostaway, Beds24, Airtable connectors, or iCal / CSV). Nothing to migrate. • When a guest asks for a restaurant, a ski lesson or a transfer, it suggests your partners and tracks the commission. • It uses the official WhatsApp Business API from Meta. Honest status: the product works and is young. We're onboarding our first concierge companies through a pilot program, and we'd rather build it with them than guess.
