Create signature-ready documents from a prompt or uploaded file, edit content and signing fields, manage recipients and signing order, send documents for signature, and track their progress without switching tools. Existing Jotform Sign users can also access and manage their workflows right from ChatGPT or Claude.

We’ve been working on Jotform Sign for ChatGPT and Claude to make e-signature workflows feel much more natural.
More and more people are using tools like ChatGPT and Claude as part of their everyday work, but preparing and sending documents for signature still often means switching between different tools, editors, and screens.
With this launch, you can use Jotform Sign directly from ChatGPT or Claude. You can create a signature-ready document from a prompt or uploaded file, edit the content and signing fields, manage recipients and signing order, send it for signature, and track its progress, all from the same conversation.
One part we’re especially excited about is inline editing. You can keep refining a document in draft mode, preview changes, adjust signing fields, and only send it once everything is ready.
For existing Jotform Sign users, this is another way to access the workflows you already use. For new users, we hope it makes creating and sending signable documents much more approachable.
