Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Yuma, the maker of Please Cite Me! This started from a pretty simple problem. I write a lot of SEO content myself, and I was already using tools to check things like titles, headings, structured data, and other technical SEO signals. But I kept running into the same limitation: most tools could tell me whether a page was technically optimized, but not whether the content itself was actually clear, useful, well-structured, and easy for AI systems to understand and cite. That became more important as people started searching through ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and other AI search experiences. So I built Please Cite Me! around one question: “Is this page actually worth citing?” It audits a page from both sides: • Technical signals — metadata, structure, schema, crawlability, and other page-level factors • Content quality — whether the page clearly answers the topic, provides enough evidence and context, and makes its information easy to extract and reference Instead of just giving you another score, the goal is to show exactly what is weak and what to improve. I’ve been using it on my own content while building it, and today I’m putting it out publicly for the first time. It’s still early, and I’m especially interested in how marketers, SEO teams, and agencies would use something like this in their actual workflow.
