I was so tired of writing out requirements from various stakeholder meetings. As a working data scientist and AI engineer, stakeholder meetings were messy and was difficult to get clarity from stakeholders on what was needed to meet their needs. I decided to turn transcription into a finished product/business requirements document and automate the process of getting clear, concise requirements from our stakeholders. Instead of listening to recordings of meetings, I built AVA to capture requirements as we go along in the meeting, and document them accordingly. AVA automatically generates the artifacts I need, including Action Items, RAID log, requirements document, and meeting summaries. This allows me to focus much more on tracking and ensuring users actually get a solution that provides high value to them.
