I built NTP CareerPilot AI around a simple problem: talented people often want to pursue opportunities beyond their home country, but turning their real career experience into a strong English resume—and understanding how well they fit a target role—is difficult. NTP CareerPilot AI accepts multilingual career content and transforms it into an English, JD-targeted resume while keeping the candidate’s actual experience at the center. Candidate names are intentionally entered in English by the user rather than guessed or transliterated by AI. But the product goes beyond resume generation. It also provides Job Fit, Matched Evidence, Skill Gaps, Recommended Certifications, and Career Growth & Opportunities to help users understand not only how to apply, but where their experience could take them next.
